Puerto Rico Corrections Administration.

Both of these assignments were under direct supervision of the United States District Court for Puerto Rico. Work involved planning, environmental assessment, assistance in consultant selection, preliminary and conceptual designs, assistance in design consultant selection and supervision, assistance in contractor selection, assistance in construction supervision, and acting as liaison between the Puerto Rico Corrections Administration and regulatory agencies at the Federal and State levels. Project began in early 1993 and extended until January 2001.
